Everything went well until I accidentally pinched Gypsy’s paw in the lid of the cedar chest when I was looking for a sweater. I am revealed as an ogre and her only hope is to be taken quickly when the eatings begin.

She came with the name Gypsy, and she seems to recognize it–my first cat was Gypsy Rose Lee, so I’m trying to think of another last name for her, maybe Gypsy Valentine because I got her on Valentine’s Day?
