Oh oh oh the yarn. Lots of yarn. Yarns I’ve never seen before or only at Stitches South, like Habu. The staff was friendly and knowledgable enough to tell me industry standard for yarn knots was 4 per 100 yarns.

My souvenir yarn for this trip was Sekku, the new Noro laceweight, and a ball of Pakucho Lace by Ecobutterfly Organics, in the Rich Cinnamon Chocolate color. I was thinking of doing a hanami shawl in the Noro but it would need two skeins for the full size (not an insoluble problem) but the Pakucho Lace might make a nice Flutter Scarf.
