Shared Couch Occupancy.

Look how nice!

…and Edward’s only been with us a week!

TOO SWEET. MAKE IT STOP.

The rule does seem to be “Sukey can touch Edward, but Edward can’t touch Sukey,” but that’s still a lot of progress. Edward has also learned to appreciate gushyfuds and treetz (so much so he might be Big Edward if I’m not careful). Last night I woke up and had one cat on each side of me, which was a nice surprise.

Great news! And it’s perfectly acceptable for Sukey to dictate who touches whom!

OMG, I am so jelus. While I was reading this, Mr. LT was breaking up yet another screaming, shredding cat fight. And it’s been 4 years!

Agreed that Sukey sets the rules.

Isn’t it strange that some cats will never get along? We have 8 in the house right now and it’s Darwin and Jazzy that have been fighting the entire time Jazzy has lived here.

Everyone else gets along pretty well for the most part!

  3. Laurie says:

Congratulations! Sukey gets to be alpha cat, she’s got seniority.

The one on either side of you in bed is so wonderful.

  4. snoringKatZ says:

    That’s wonderful! And I’m completely behind Sukey’s roolz. 🙂

  5. Marie says:

Wow! Edward is a big boy. I wish our two older cats were as open-minded as Sukey!

    This is a great sign!

  7. Jaypo says:

So amazing! I’ m glad Sir E recognizes there’s a dowager in the house and is willing to play along.
